Spartanburg offers some of the best high school team sports, individual competition in the state
Spartanburg is known all over South Carolina for the quality of its public schools. Spartanburg has seven school districts with a total of 64 fully accredited public schools. Within these seven school districts, there are nine high schools that offer some of the best sports team and individual competition in the state. Whatever sport you might choose, you can find it through the local high school programs: baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track & field, volleyball, wrestling.
